The jacket of Courrèges takes all the characteristics of the traditional tunic: ample shape, wide hood, tightening tie on the bottom, large zipped side pockets and bellows of comfort at the neck to make the gesture of passage of the passage faster and ease.

Courrèges however wanted to go further and partially protect it against the rain, creating itself a particularly modern hybridization and thus adding a missing functionality to the room: the ventral and dorsal pockets make it possible to deploy strips of parachute fabrics striped and waterproof which, when assembled on the sides thanks to a system of pressures, transform the bottom into the tunic into waterproof clothing.
